Job DescriptionLeads the hiring strategy, design, and implementation across Medicare Care Management programs. Responsible for providing analysis, presentation, and other support materials within areas of expertise. Develops relationships with internal peers, external consultants, and cross-functional team members, as required and in support of initiatives. The Sr. Analyst, Program Manager must be innovative and not afraid to challenge existing ways of working to continuously improve and enhance our service delivery model in the area of talent acquisition.FAMILY SUMMARY/MISSION:Assists managers in achieving organization purposes and objectives by solving management, business problems, identifying and seizing new opportunities, enhancing thought leadership, and implementing change.FUNDAMENTAL COMPONENTS: Leads the business side of talent acquisition, driving and guiding engagement from key influencers using a disciplined and repeatable methodology for hiring Works closely with care management operations and leadership teams to effectively manage associate growth across current and expansion markets This role works closely with Talent Acquisition, HR and business partners and serves as a liaison to ensure requisitions are posted timely, appropriate candidates are selected and offers are made in accordance with identified timelines Serves as the centralized contact for recruiting, HR, onboarding team & hiring teams Manages to timelines (e.g., requisition approval process, prescreens, interviews, offer approvals), which requires frequent follow-up Brainstorms & facilitates implementation of tactics for increasing requisition activity Partners with the business, HR & Talent Acquisition to build & maintain job descriptions to attract desired talent Thoughtful and efficient resume review and candidate selection in accordance with role requirements and desirables for both clinical and non-clinical positions Coordination and facilitation of large hiring initiatives Designs, develops, and facilitates work sessions to deliver project and program initiatives, focused on talent acquisition work, including required analysis, reporting, and presentation materials Identifies risks and challenges self and others to develop and implement solutions Provides regular and detailed hiring status updates & reportsRequired Qualifications5 -7 years of Human Resources or talent acquisition experience, either as a recruiter or hiring manager (recruiting background preferred) Basic project management skills (attention to detail, tracking, follow up, verbal/written communication skills, organization, ability to manage to a timeline and identify risks) Experience with facilitation and meeting management Demonstrated relationship management and communication skills Demonstrated risk management skills Experience utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in care management or healthcare operations preferred Strong technical skills and proficiency in the utilization of standard MS Office products including Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
