Job DescriptionAs the Pricing Operations Manager you will be responsible for maintenance and update of data used by the Pricing Operations team to manage guarantees, as well as regulatory and operational reporting. Operational reporting responsibilities will include the volumes, turnaround time, quality, and forecast of all work performed by the pricing operations teams. You will also review guarantee performance, prepare financial reporting, and provide audit backup reporting per contractual requirements for an assigned client list as required to meet contractual requirements. Primary responsibilities include: - Maintaining data that feeds guarantees application, including but not limited to client guarantee data, claims data and drug lists- Gathering required data for providing annual Medicaid DIR reporting for clients as applicable- Developing operational metric reporting and resource forecasting for the Pricing Operations team- Performing monthly data pulls for assigned clients to ensure achievement of contractual guarantees, providing performance and audit reporting as requiredThe successful candidate will have extensive analytical, programming, and interpersonal skills, be able to manage both long- and short- term projects and assignments effectively, and work collaboratively in inter-departmental settings to accomplish tasks and goals. You will have the opportunity to develop reporting packages and presentations to management, create best-practices, and draw conclusions from the information to provide input to critical business decisions.
