In this role, you will be responsible for development, leadership and continuous management of projects and programs leading to business success within the Kidney Care initiative. Projects you will work on include managing programs consisting of product and process development, lifecycle management and business integration projects; leading a cross functional team throughout the development lifecycle, from conceptualization, through definition, design, realization, validation, to commercial release. Working across team leadership, you will ensure measurable definition and progress towards key objectives, manage specific and diverse projects and coach/lead team members to drive and execute timely valuable program deliverables. You will build relationships, set the project strategy for optimal management, support leaders in scoping and prioritization and work with subject matter experts to gain a deep understanding of the business needs. A successful Senior Project Manager will be adept at navigating ambiguity and organizing complex needs into a manageable plan.
