Job DescriptionAs a Senior Sales Consultant, you will review data to identify opportunities for Accordant, Transform Diabetes Care, Health Advisor, and other developing products for the Care Management sales team. This role will require you to participate in periodic client reviews and highlight the value delivered by these care management entities as well as work with PBM and Specialty sales teams to articulate the value to new and existing clients. You will be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of potential sells and up-sells and will be the primary point of contact for any client escalations/ requests for AccordantCare Specialty. You will accomplish this through: -Bringing solutions to client needs and issues in a timely manner. Provide appropriate documentation as needed and outlined per client requirements as part of the account team. -Responding to day to day questions regarding member, account, and program information. -Support the sales team on new growth programs including digital, technology capabilities, reporting packages, health management, and participating in and prepping for sales presentation. - Working across lines of business with the PBM, Specialty team, and product owners to ensure a clear and consistent client facing message, internal sharing of best practices, timely communication of important items, and assist in the upskill of the PBM and Specialty sales and account management teams. - Working with account teams to support conversations with clients around existing implementations.Your success as a Senior Sales Consultant will be driven and measured by your ability to contribute to growth for the assigned territory. You will function as a critical component of the team and your ability to influence others to deliver results for your client will be a key factor in your success. The contributions you will make as a Sr. Sales Consultant by consistently delivering client interactions that develop trust and show value will position CVS Health for long term growth in the competitive health management marketplace. This position can be located anywhere in the U.S. with the ability to work remotely. This role will require travel to different locations throughout the country as needed. -Travel may require but is not limited to flights, overnight stays, local travel, travel on short notice and other travel deemed necessary by the Company.Required Qualifications- 2 years of cumulative Specialty Pharmacy, Account Management, sales, or similar in a client-facing role.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
