Job DescriptionDo you want to make a large impact in your next role? CVS Health is looking for skilled SQL Server Database Manager with experience balancing high-impact business management solutions with small project speed to market efficiency. In this role, you will be joining a team that focuses on out of the box management and integration solutions for our various enterprise operations teams using Salesforce CRMs.This is an individual contributor role. Your primary requirements will include: Business process design and development experience using SSMS (Sql Server Management Studio) Agent SQL/SOQL programming, MS PowerShell, Open Query integration and stored procedures. Data model interpretation and customer intent Collaborating with cross-functional business partners to increase productivity, efficiency, and speed to market deliverables Accurately translating business requirements into technical specifications and assisting in documenting details. Communicating project progress and timelines to business partners and related project teams Assessing risks, communicating dependencies, and suggesting alternative solutions in timely manner that allows for mitigation or strategic reaction Ensuring post-deployment satisfaction Familiarity with Salesforce CRM integration and cloud database methodologyTo be successful in this role, you will need to see the whole picture of your projects and work collaboratively to come to a solution. You will also bring with you an innate sense of curiosity about why we do what we do and apply solid technical knowledge of salesforce functionality to solve problems for our member-facing colleagues.
