Job DescriptionReporting to the Director of Enterprise Virtual Care Platform, this colleague will be responsible for leading product development and delivery of CVS Health's Enterprise Virtual Care Platform. As a key member of the Enterprise Virtual Care Product team, the Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Virtual Care Platform will lead design, development and delivery for a large functional component of the Virtual Care Platform. You will drive the definition of requirements and work directly with UX, software engineering technology and testing teams to ensure CVS Health continues to have an industry leading virtual care platform. Responsibilities: Translate Platform roadmap and strategy into quarterly plans Define requirements at the epic and feature level Lead a team of exceptional Product Owners who write user stories and work directly with technology teams Support visibility of work progress for reporting to executive leadership Ensure overall product quality, working across internal and external technology teams Work with partner teams including Operations, Implementation, Commercialization Support to ensure smooth delivery to market and customer success Ensure quality across the product Create a culture that enables the product, sales, marketing, operations, and technology teams to work as a single unit to deliver products that hit success metrics and deliver business impact Help drive continual process improvement Lead and direct conversations with executives both internally and with partners, dealers, and customersRequired Qualifications 7+ years of work experience in software product management 2+ years of work experience in healthcare IT or digital health product development 2+ years of work experience in software engineering 2+ years of work experience focusing on delivery, execution and implementation of technology 2+ years of work experience leading in a highly matrixed organizationCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
