Job DescriptionIf you are passionate about making a difference in the work you do, being recognized for your talent and expertise in solving complex and challenging analytical/data problems while contributing to the success of key strategic initiatives, consider growing your career with a Fortune 5 healthcare leader As a core member of the PSS Data Engineering and Reporting - Analytics and Behavior change group, you will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of an analytics solutions. collaborate with business partners from product development and management, operation, finance, and marketing to demonstrate value of CVS Specialty products and services. enable data-driven strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for existing product improvement and new product development. translate business needs into analytical questions, use Python, SAS and SQL to access data and develop Tableau dashboards. work with data science team on their analysis by providing inputs as a member of data strategy and data this exciting role, you will design and conduct rigorous analysis of pharmacy claims, medical claims and other data translating your analytic findings for appropriate business and customer audiences.Required Qualifications 3+ years of business experience leading analyses and initiatives with track record of business impact 3+ years of experience developing analytic and reporting methodology. 1+ years of experience building tableau dashboards or using any other data visualization tools to reflect business analytic needs. 2+ years of experience using SQL or SAS or Python to access, extract, manipulate and summarize data. 1+ years of experience in data integration, ETL pipelines, data architecture and design patterns and automation. 1+ year of experience working directly with business partners to understand the business needs and translating those needs into analytic solutions. 2+ years of experience communicating complex technical subjects to non-technical audiences via both written and oral communication.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
