Job DescriptionThis critical leadership position is responsible for strategy development and execution of all Medicare conversion and cross selling programs. Specific responsibilities include:-Developing individual strategies and value propositions for conversion and cross sell for each Medicare distribution channel-Leading the development of marketing programs to reach these audiences in partnership with marketing-Understanding barriers for each channel and strategies to overcome these barriers-Understanding competitor positioning as it relates to these programs-Aligning with business partners at senior levels across the organization, including finance, compliance, product, analytics and our individual Medicare markets-Driving execution of strategies through each distribution channel by partnering with channel owners, training resources and reporting resources-Provide overall accountability for sales resulting from these programsRequired Qualifications- 10+ years health care experience- 15+ years Strategic Planning, Program Management and/or Consulting experience- 10+ years Medicare experience- Strong work ethic, self-starter, able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.- Proven ability to build cohesive strategies that drive business results- Experience influencing others in a matrix environmentCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
