Job DescriptionThis is a fully remote position. Schedule is Monday-Friday, standard business hours, 8:00-5:00pm EST. Applicants must reside in WV.Up to 20% of travel to state capital or office meetings per COVID restrictions lifted.Oversight and Management of all clinical care programs, processes including the organization and development of a high performing team. Manager, is responsible for leading the clinical case managers and holding them accountable for CM processes and CM Standard Operating ModelRequired QualificationsActive unrestricted RN license (will accept a compact RN license) OR Behavioral Health clinical licensure (i.e. LCSW or LPCC) required in State where applicant resides- 5+ years of clinical experience- 1+ years of leadership/management experience- Up to 20% travel will be required in the counties of Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, Marshall, Wetzel, Tyler, Pleasant, Ritchie, Doddridge, Lewis, Harrison, Marion, Taylor, Barbour, Upshur and MonongaliaCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
