Job DescriptionAs the Advisor/Manager of IT Systems of solutions and innovations for the department, you will be responsible for solution architectures that are fit for the purpose, innovations, driving new technologies and patterns for the department. The Role requires you to drive strategy and solutions for everything ranging from data acquisition and integration, product data methodologies, functional oversight of day-to-day data integration and quality control, selecting data pipeline tools and supporting the internal and external customers of the resulting data assets. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communications skills, comfortable interacting and managing relationships with senior business and IT executives and exceptional follow through. This position will also support new foundations for Hybrid Cloud, big data, and create new systems that align to our PBM strategic data goals as well as enterprise data strategy. To achieve this you will lead your teams to create new processes, systems, tools and capabilities in response to the needs of your customers (Product teams, Client Services teams, Product & Process Innovation, Specialty Products, enterprise analytics, TAI customers) and to optimize the manageability, flexibility, and utility of CVS Health's PBM data platforms. Also, this role requires you to support recruiting and retaining top technical talentRequired Qualifications 8+ years experience in Data Warehousing. 6+ Overall years of hands on Data Ingestion, Engineering tools for On Premise and Cloud Offerings like Informatica, PySpark, Scala and Teradata experience or equivalent technologies 5+ years experience working in a cross-functional environment 5+ years of Healthcare experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
