We're looking for a dynamic marketer that is focused on ways to innovate and encourage people to select CVS Heath for their health care needs.What you will do:The Senior Marketing Manager of Digital Adoption is responsible for strategy development of B2C marketing and activation plans to support adoption of our digital tools and services that will make it easier for customers to take, afford and get their medications. You will be a part of an exciting group of cross functional teams focused on providing patients with the digital services that support a seamless omnichannel experience. Marketing strategy development will be grounded in customer insights and utilization of marketing solutions across paid (e.g., social, online video, digital display, search) and owned (e.g., email, direct mail, landing pages, store experience) channels that lead to positive business outcomes.Key Responsibilities: Develop effective marketing plan(s) to drive adoption of digital services to deliver against business objective. Plan development includes building learning agendas that combine customer insights, company data, and competitive analysis to determine the business opportunity and the translation of those insights into key strategies. Leads execution of all project deliverables, including, but not limited to, brief development, collaboration with internal subject matter experts in Digital, Creative, In-store Experience, Procurement, and collaboration with Operations on field readiness, and Legal review of materials. Bring new and innovate ideas to drive pharmacy growth by way of new services, channels, partnerships, activations, or other sources of value, build the financial business case and gain leadership buy-in on the opportunity. Proactively partners with Insights, Media & Analytics to establish KPIs and align on a measurement plan against key metrics. Actively develop trusted relationships across a large, complex organization to create clear goals, accountabilities and outcomes. Balance business needs and requests in a fast-paced environmentRequired Qualifications 5+ years of marketing experience with a foundation of business, retailer, and consumer understanding. 3+ years of cross-functional leadership experience 3+ years of experience of omnichannel/digital product marketing Team management experience (1+ direct report)COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
