Job DescriptionThe CVS Health Ethics Line serves as an enterprise-wide resource supporting over 300K colleagues plus contractors, vendors, suppliers, clients and customers to report compliance or ethics concerns, including suspected or actual violation of laws, company policies or other ethical matters. Over 10K Ethics Line reports are received annually and managed by the Ethics Line team from receipt and investigation through conclusion and resolution. As a Manager within the Ethics Line team, you will:- Conduct, coordinate, and oversee the Ethics Line case assignment process.- Manage the Ethics Line Intake team to ensure all Ethics Line cases are timely set up and assigned to case managers in the case management system. -Actively seek opportunities for process improvement resulting in efficient and effective case assignment work streams.- Conduct the first level of review of all Ethics Line reports received through various intake channels, including emails, faxes, voicemails and reports received directly by our Chief Compliance Officer.- Adhere to the Ethics Line team policies, procedures, methodologies and protocols.- Support the Ethics Line Quality Management Program by conducting case quality reviews, assisting with monthly Ethics Line reporting and other initiatives as order to be successful in this role you must exhibit the following:- Understand and support the principles of an effective Compliance program- Able to work independently and take initiative while also contributing to a team-oriented and collaborative environment- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- A self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem solving skills- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and can thrive in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment- Able to work with highly confidential and sensitive matters with a high degree of integrity and discretion - Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointRequired Qualifications-5+ years' experience in a compliance position in healthcare and/or insurance industry-2+ years of supervisory experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
