Job DescriptionDo you want to make an impact on a team and be a health care innovator? The Workforce Strategy Director will lead a highly skilled team that is accountable for Case Forecasting, Strategic and Tactical Resource Planning, Workflow Monitoring, Hiring Task Force, Productivity Optimization Support, Call Routing and Monitoring, and Analytics. Key responsibilities: Alignment and integration with Clinical and Government Services Operations and Support teams to ensure they attract and inspire top talent and are equipped with tools - such as accurate forecasts, hiring strategies, and workflow monitoring - to staff at accurate levels to maintain compliance and cost optimization. Develop and execute hiring and work from home strategies that foster compliance with security and privacy guidance, create simplicity for operational leaders, and retain our colleagues. Develop a deep understanding of the business and market, develop analytical strategies to identify productivity opportunities, and be consultative in the implementation of Operational changes that drive cost savings. Utilize excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills and superior problem-solving capabilities to determine root cause and identify solutions to meet the overall business needs and goals. Operate as a subject matter expert and leverages key relationships across the enterprise to support our operations and clients in complex problem solving and the development of creative solutions. Collaborate with enterprise business partners in Operations, Information Technology (IT) Development, IT Support, Process Innovation, Product, Finance, HR, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and other partners to drive process and quality improvements and productivity strategies to deliver the lowest cost serve rate in the industry.This is a work from home opportunity.Required Qualifications10+ years of relevant work experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
