Job DescriptionThis is a fully remote 100% work form home role.As the Product Manager you will support the implementation and execution of customized adherence and gaps programs at CVS Health. You will collaborate to achieve operational excellence, optimize existing programs, identify potential issues, interact with vendors, and partner with data and reporting teams to deliver client-specific offerings. You will be focused on the flawless execution of a program which delivers adherence improvement for a strategic client their members, delivering long term adherence behavior change, improved client performance on quality measures, and avoided medical this role you will: Support product management processes which rigorously monitor product performance and proactively identify and address issues Interact with vendors and account management team Collaborate cross-functionally to gain subject matter expertise, understand client needs, and consider competitive intelligence Leverage resources and knowledge across broader teams Partner with broader Care Management team to share potential opportunities based on client insights As the Product Manager you will work closely with the Senior Manager to achieve program goals. You will be partnering with internal and external operational partners to ensure flawless execution of a multi-channel offering. In this role you will support vital programs for the CVS Health enterprise.Required QualificationsRequired Qualifications Clinical licensure (RPh, RN, ARNP, PA, MD, etc) required 5+ years of experience in operations including program design, implementation, tracking and monitoring of outcomes 2+ years of experience of industry knowledge and pharmacy trends, including those directly related to enterprise assets Quality ratings experience with Medicaid, Medicare and MA-PD plansCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
