Job DescriptionReporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Virtual Care, this leader will support the clinical strategy and operations of CVS Health's Enterprise Virtual Care portfolio. As a key member of the Enterprise Virtual Care team, the Director of Virtual Care Models will play a critical role in defining the future state of care delivery for our virtual care solutions.Responsibilities will include: Managing and developing direct reports through effective leadership, the creation of stretch assignments, and a focus on performance management Leading the strategic development and implementation of innovative care models to support a portfolio of virtual care solutions Developing and implementing a multidisciplinary virtual practice including supporting workstreams related to clinical operations, quality & safety, network development, payer contracting, business operations, and technology Providing leadership and direction for multiple cross-functional teams to develop the clinical infrastructure and operations of our virtual care strategy Co-leading the development of the delivery network needed to support the virtual health solutions portfolio, with particular emphasis on how physician partners in our network fit into the broader spectrum of solutions Ensuring care model development and implementation activities are coordinated, aligned, and sequenced with other organizational or strategic initiatives and/or other improvement activities Facilitating senior executive communications to secure alignment on clinical strategyRequired Qualifications 8+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations Deep understanding of innovative care models and value-based contracting Experience in optimizing patient experience and improving quality Highly organized, detail oriented, proficient analytical ability, with effective listening and presentation skills and ability to manage sophisticated projects Strong understanding of analytics and ability to translate insights into business strategy Proficient in clinical quality measurement and improvement Proven experience as a leader who clearly communicates with and engages leaders, clinical community, and team members in establishing a culture of openness, trust, and continual improvementCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
