Senior Manager, Operations

Job DescriptionThe Sr. Manager, LTC Operations - Delivery will be accountable to develop and ensure execution of Pharmacy Delivery projects, initiatives and supporting vendor relationships as it pertains to the third part courier services. This position reports to the Ld Director LTC Operations. As a Senior Manager you would be accountable for creating, driving, and supporting the implementation of new processes and key performance indicators for delivery within and supported by our pharmacies, partnering closely with our Enterprise Logistics and Procurement teams. This position will strive to optimize delivery processes and to develop consistent education and training to field operations. To be successful in this position you will manage related performance metrics, process updates, properly equip field personnel to implement changes, and work to continuously improve our operational processes.Required QualificationsMinimum of 7 years of operational experience Minimum of 3 years leadership or managerial experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
