You will partner with multiple cross-functional teams to scale and evolve the program with a focus on an outstanding customer experience. At the direction of leadership and in conjunction with your peers, you will assist in program strategy development, identify key priorities, model program impact, and define choices and trade-offs required to achieve long-term goals. We seek an individual that can lead throughout the program lifecycle, from ideation to execution.The ideal candidate for this role:-Approaches problem-solving based on customer research and data analysis-Clearly communicates ideas and can modulate styles depending on the audience-Has a strong presentation presence and experience building executive-level materials-Excels at building relationships and influencing stakeholders to drive cross-company consensusThis role will report to the Director, CarePass Program Evolution, with direct exposure to leaders at the senior director and vice president levels. This is a hybrid remote role.
