Join us in this exciting opportunity as we grow and expand DSNP to change lives in new markets across the country.Position Mission To perform analyses of varied healthcare data to evaluate program performance, utilization analysis and compliance using healthcare medical, pharmacy, lab, survey, and utilization dataFundamental Components Elicit business reporting requirements to design and create new reports and modify existing reports. Designs and codes efficiently using SAS/SQL programs. Extracts data from multiple sources, visualizes data, and creates integrated analytic datasets to meet business needs Participates in presentations and consultations as a DSNP subject matter expert (SME) to internal and external constituents on information services, capabilities, and performance results to include multiple compliance and regulatory reports, for both CMS and for the State Documents methods, specifications, and findings clearly; contributes to writing and presentation of performance reports, analysis, findings, and conclusions Creates and evaluates the data needs of assigned projects and assures the integrity ofthe data Leads and participates in the development of project plans and timelines by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths Research, track and resolve escalated issues regarding these programs Identifying and addressing operational and technological risks within the business Maintaining, testing, and improving business and systems operations Building and maintaining relationships with key business partners Assist with identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities Acting as a liaison between business and IT groupsRequired Qualifications Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Able to present information to various audiences 3+ years of relevant programming or analytic experience Medicare Healthcare industry experience is preferred Knowledge of other reporting platforms such as: Business Objects, Microsoft Access, web development technology, big data analytics, data mining, Visual Basic and data warehouse environment Knowledge of analytic programming tools and methods (SAS, SQL, OLAP, Business Objects, Crystal, Macros Python, Aginity Workbench) Strong knowledge of Medicare health care claims and Medicare benefits for utilization analysis Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in investigating, evaluating, and analyzing data to meet business needs for program enhancement and compliance High proficiency Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power Point) and ability to create complex formulas. Experienced with data visualization and data translation with Analytical tools like Tableau and Power BI.
