Job DescriptionAs a Manager on the Pick-Up Operations team you will serve as a business subject matter expert identifying opportunities to address business challenges and contribute to value by reducing time needed to complete processes and helping to drive script growthIn this role, you will need to advocate for store teams to have the resources they need to perform pick-up tasks efficiently, safely, and in a compliant manner. As a member of this team, you will need to collaborate, impact, and influence a wide range of cross-functional partners, striking a balance between stakeholder needs and the overall colleague experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting User Acceptance Testing for upcoming Pick-Up enhancements the ensure that end-state software updates do not introduce systematic issues to field and store teams. Finally, given its space as our primary touchpoint with our patients, it is critical that you are highly accountable & responsive to both colleague and leadership needs as they arise at pick-up.Required Qualifications 4+ years required experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consulting, IT, or related field. 2+ years' experience in a Retail pharmacy setting.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
