Job Description-Providing administrative support to the Vice President, Chief Health Equity Officer of CVS Health -Maintain and manage calendars, meeting arrangements and conference calls and resolve scheduling conflicts;-Arranging travel; assisting with planning and scheduling meetings / special events for leadership meetings;Screening and responding to incoming calls and correspondence; Handling executives' requests andqueries appropriately and in a timely manner-Preparing and maintaining expense reports, receiving and processing invoices / purchase orders-Providing support to ensure seamless execution of special events, including Town Hall meetings, recognition events,special communications, etc.-Assisting with new hire processing and IT requests / on-boarding-Ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment-Providing organization support including presentation development (PowerPoint), database management (Excel), limited project management and other tasks as needed;completing other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications-3-5 years of Administrative experience supportingexecutive leadership with high volume complex calendarmanagement, meeting coordination, domestic &international travel coordination, expense reports, invoices,etc.-Strong aptitude to build relationships and engender trust-Excellent communication and organization skills-High attention to detail with excellent quality of work andaccuracy.-Ability to problem solve, proactively identify issues, andmanage through self-reliantly to solution.-Strong independent thinker - ability to navigate the gray.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
