Job DescriptionThe PSS Technology Governance lead role will report into the Office of Tech Advancement within PSS to drive Architecture reviews in collaboration with the various towers within PSS, including the Enterprise Product Acceleration labs as well as the Digital, Data and other parts of the IT organization and the this role you will: Oversee process governance and run Architecture Working Group sessions across different organizations in strong partnership with the Office of the CTOManage intake of work and Operating Model to help engage with a diverse set of groups within and outside the Pharmacy Services SegmentSupport Reference Architecture development, manage Arch Decision Records and Risk Logs, maintain Arch Debt Log working with the Office of the CTOAdopt and drive technology design and implementation standards and reference implementations to help guide application teams.Manage documenting the current and future state architectures for our core systemsA successful candidate will have:Strong understanding of cloud design and architecture for one or more public cloud provider (Azure, AWS, GCP) to deliver large-scale distributed solutions across the full enterprise stackStrong technical skills in the following areas: application and integration architecture, security and automation along with a working knowledge of IT operations.Strong understanding of APIs and microservices-based architecture is a mustExperience working with technologies that work as glue between modern apps and legacy infrastructure leveraging streaming platforms like Apache Kafka Experience in enterprise development tools and methodologies (XP, Agile) including DevSecOps and DataOpsUnderstanding of both SQL and NoSQL database technologiesDemonstrable hands-on experience is a mustFacilitates adoption of cloud-native/cloud-first architectures.Experience integrating with legacy mainframe/mid-range AS400 applications including developing roadmaps for modernization of the applicationsRequired Qualifications10+ years in design/development experience2+ years of hands-on cloud implementation experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
