Job DescriptionDo you want to make a large impact in your next role? As the Rare and Complex Disease Product Manager you will be part of the product development, implementation, and management of new and existing products focused on addressing the needs of members with rare and complex disease. The team you will be part of is focused on developing and managing products to improve member health while trying to proactively lower healthcare costs. The role requires that you effectively and efficiently manage the day-to-day needs of our products through: Optimizing existing programs Directing continued operational excellence Proactive identification of potential issues Agile decision making Development of strong partnerships with the immediate team and stakeholders across the enterprise Key day-to-day responsibilities of the role include: Serve as product owner and internal and external subject matter expert for existing rare and specialty care management program Establish project management processes; analyze and evaluate current results and strategize and implement improvements where needed Lead IT development and review processes to transfer product vision to delivery for new products and product enhancements Respond to immediate client needs and synthesize client feedback to improve our products Collaborate and clearly communicate with various teams, leaders, and stakeholders across the enterprise to partner to create and deliver innovative solutions that cover multiple business lines and opportunity areasThe team you will be joining focuses continuing to meet the high standards associated with delivering an established rare disease care management program and evolving the product. The team is focused on improving delivery and continually innovating this highly impactful program to drive engagement and quantifiable, positive health outcomes. This means we work in a fast-paced environment and this role will be a best fit for a candidate who is comfortable analyzing a business need, setting direction for implementation, and driving results.This is a fully remote position that will require some occasional travel (3-4x/year).Required Qualifications- At least 5 years of professional work experience (graduate level education may substitute), including:- 2 years of experience in a product development, product management, product/program operations, consulting or related roleCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
