Job DescriptionWorking hours will be Monday- Friday 8AM-4PM No weekends, holidays or travel will be required. The Talent Acquisition Partner - serves as a talent advisor to our healthcare business segments by developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy after fully understanding the needs of the hiring leaders, develops strong relationships with Hiring Leaders, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to deliver high quality proactive recruitment resulting in adding talent to the enterprise.Primary Duties & Responsibilities With a focus on delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring leader experience, the ideal candidate will serve as a talent advisor to the business by developing and executing a comprehensive, proactive recruitment strategy, reviewing applicants, selecting candidates for interviews, managing the offer process and ensuring high quality hiring within established time frame Creates and executes on a sourcing strategy with the internal customer that includes timelines and deliverables and is knowledgeable on innovative sourcing practices and tools ensuring an adequate pipeline of qualified diverse candidates Acts as a business leader who has a specialty in recruitment communicates to candidate sand hiring leaders with knowledge about CVS Health, benefits and the business Understands and strives to exceed metrics on all levels - candidate survey, hiring leader survey, time to fill, etc.Required Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of recruiting and/or human resources experience.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work.Preferred Qualifications Prior healthcare recruiting experience preferredHigh volume recruitment experience 3+ years of experience with Talent Acquisition, along with extensive knowledge of recruiting, applicant generation, advertising and sourcing in a highly matrix organization. Exceptional organization skills an time management skills to ensure timely and proactive follow up on all activities Experience in innovative sourcing and posting process Experience building strong relationships and impacting decisions Superb communication skills in order to interact at all levels with applicants and senior level leaders High level of confidentiality and demonstrated ability to maintain sensitive information in strictest confidence and able to maintain absolute confidentiality in all business matters Problem solving skills to solve problems on own with limited oversight (system issues, offer negotiations, etc) and understands when to escalate to a Senior TA Partner or Manager Must be able to quickly grasp knowledge of business and understand the purpose of each position and how it supports the overall mission of helping people on their pathway to better healthEducationBachelor's degree required or 3 years of direct recruitment and/or human resources experience in combination with High School Diploma.Business OverviewBring your heart to CVS HealthEvery one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
