Job DescriptionThe Senior Proposal Writer is part of the marketing and communications team with a focus on proposal writing and project management. This position supports new business and revenue growth by ensuring delivery of high-quality responses for Benefits Administration proposals. This position will manage proposal (RFP) projects, collaborate with stakeholders across the business to coordinate proposal content needs and customization, and support continuous improvement of the proposal database. They focus on complex proposals and sales enablement projects.The position requires an individual who can communicate very effectively verbally and in writing with all audiences, resolve problems, prioritize, multi-task, and build and maintain strong relationships with our sales organization and subject matter experts throughout the company. The successful candidate will have the ability to be creative, apply personal initiative and must be well-organized and able to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Position Summarybswift is seeking a Senior Proposal Writer to support Direct and Channel Partner Sales Activities to place bswift in a competitive marketplace, engage essential audiences, and guide long-term revenue growth. You are a writer who can identify and distill important selling points in a concise manner across multiple platforms.We are looking for a master storyteller with a dynamic personality who is comfortable partnering with marketing strategists, designers, experts, and other creative team members to create brand experiences that engage and motivate clients to action. You must have the expertise and influence to work across the organization to communicate content that is impactful, relevant, and measurable. The deliverables re high-value content, proposal, and sales enablement tools to engage a range of audiences, including prospective and existing clients, influencers such as third-party consultants, and team members. You will directly help develop proposal and sales enablement materials including: Proposal responses and supporting materials (i.e., custom proposal content, executive summaries, custom sales enablement collateral) to support B2B sales campaigns and RFPs Sales enablement tools Demand-generation campaign materials Maintain a solid knowledge of healthcare industry trends, care management Maintain strong internal relationships to support collaborationRequired Qualifications Benefits Administration industry experience 4+ years of project management experience Experience in B2B communications or journalism, content marketing, publishing, or corporate communications Experience developing content in healthcare, financial, technical, or other complex industry is required Minimal travel may be required.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
