Job DescriptionPosition may required to up to 10% travel in the future. The Manager, Fin Ops (Cash Team) - This position is responsible for driving the department's rebate cashflow processes including SAP AR subledger, forecasting, and reserves activities to meet our department's quarterly rebate collection and distribution goals. This position supports adhoc requests from across the business including Client Audit, Pharma Audit, Account Management, Client Rebates, Corporate Accounting, Tax, as well as Trade Relations. This position oversees the documentation and testing controls for audit requests, SSAE16, and SOX Testing as well as the department's quality initiatives. In addition this position supports any external clients using our rebates system. This position serves as the backup to the Cash & Controls Advisor as the final rebate distribution approver. The Cash Manager is responsible for hiring, managing, and retaining a team of colleagues who are responsible for the aforementioned set of tasks. This person is responsible for the ongoing coaching and feedback of personnel, goals and expectation setting, career development planning, and performance reviews. Excellent problem solving and decision making skills to implement resolution in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Excellent analytical, logical, and organization skills essential. Must be results oriented with strong customer focus and proven leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work in a team environment. Ability to organize and prioritize workload as well as multi-task and be flexible in an evolving environment and to meet critical deadlines. Ability to network and build partnerships with internal and external colleagues for purpose of proactive resolution of issues. Demonstrated skills planning, executing, and managing complex initiatives and functions.
