Job DescriptionThe Enterprise MarTech Product and Platforms team is an enterprise team that drives incremental business value with personalized, data-driven, contextually relevant connected experiences across the CVS Retail, Pharmacy and Health Care businesses. The Capability Lead, Experience Orchestration is a key role, who understands how content, data, and activation channels work together to create high performing and highly personalized, inbound and outbound marketing campaigns. This role works closely with MarTech product owners and the CVS Health lines of business to align innovate technical solutions and partnerships with the strategic vision. The Capability Lead, Experience Orchestration is responsible for delivering the art of the possible, working with Scrum Masters and MarTech engineers as part of an Agile/Scrum-based team to deliver the product vision across the MarTech current and target-state ecosystem.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with analytics and IT to define the technology, partnerships, and integrations needed to deliver target-state connected experiences across the CVS Health enterprise Define core capabilities to enable connected experiences across web, mobile, APP. email, SMS, IVR, print, display, search and social ad platforms. Conduct market research, POC's and assessment on latest trends, educating teams and researching new vendors/technologies to expand capabilities. Act as primary liaison with internal stakeholders (e.g. IT, analytics, enterprise architecture) and external marketing technology service providers. Contribute to defining the implications/advantages to the people and process in which new target-state capabilities will unlock. Phase delivery of solutions/capabilities such that they can meet immediate needs, while building towards the long-term strategic solutionRequired Qualifications 7+ years demonstrating a high degree of proficiency in designing and developing complex, high-quality enterprise solutions across on-prem, hybrid and cloud-based architectures 5+ years as a developer, architect or product specialist with several of the following technologies: CDP (e.g. RedPoint, Tealium, Adobe, SF360), campaign orchestration / decisioning (e.g. Unica, Salesforce Journey Builder, Kitewheel, SAS MA/RTDM, Pega), channel service providers (e.g. SFMC, Adobe Campaign, Responsys, Braze) 3+ years in a solution architecture role designing technology architectures, workflows, best practices and governance guidelines 2+ years of experience or knowledge of web optimization and Test & Learn tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, Oracle Maxymiser, Monetate, Adobe Target) 2+ years of experience or knowledge of web analytics platforms and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau) 3+ years of experience using Agile or Iterative delivery methodologiesCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
