Job DescriptionAs a Culture, Change Management & Communications, Sr Manager, you will partner with clients at all levels of the organization to develop strategies that support HR business change & culture shaping within CVS Health.You will have the chance to create, develop, and implement culture & change management solutions that minimize disruption while achieving business results. Your role will both help develop culture & change capability for business leaders so that they can lead the change and serve as the culture & change expert for various large-scale HR projects.You will measure the impact on the business of the solutions implemented within the organization & adapt tactics as needed. Along with your peers on the Culture & Change Management team, you will continue to strategically enhance the tools & strategies offered to business leaders as the organization grows and evolves. You'll never walk alone - you will collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBP's), other members of HR teams, and business leaders in all that you accomplish. You will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment supporting one or multiple business units (ex. Healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Retail) across the CVS Health enterprise. Responsibilities of the Culture and Change Management, Sr Manager include: Partner with HRBP's and/or business leaders to craft culture and change management strategies & communications that support business results Coach HRBP's and/or business leaders through culture and change management strategy recommendations so that they can lead the people side of change themselves Develop, gain alignment around, and then execute on complex culture and change management strategies and communications for large-scale projects, serving as the change expert on the project team Influence senior leader sponsors to adopt and advocate for culture and change management plans; guide senior leaders on the best actions to take to lead the change in their organizations Deliver change management tactics such as alignment sessions, stakeholder analysis, development classes, change & communications plans, measurement strategies Drive culture adoption throughout the enterprise through HRBP & business leader collaboration Leverage culture assessment & shaping techniques during change management engagements to enable effective transitionsRequired Qualifications 5+ years of previous Culture, Change Management or related experience (ex. HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management) 1+ years of experience in communications or marketingCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
