Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Product Manager / Digital Health to join CVS Digital Health Solutions working on our Health Dashboard product. The CVS Health Dashboard product enables users to manage a 360-degree view of their health by aggregating their clinical records in one place and providing next-best-actions, care plans, and recommendations to put patients on their path to better health. As a Senior Product Manager on the Health Dashboard team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Science & Analytics, Engineering, UX, Clinical, Business, Regulatory and more to quickly drive products from conception to launch.Responsibilities Define the strategy and vision for surfacing care recommendations to users within the context of the broader Health Dashboard strategy Build and maintain a rolling 6 month - 1 year roadmap for care recommendations Drive products through their end-to-end lifecycle in partnership with other Product Managers, from identifying target user cohorts, evaluating product opportunities using data, determining OKRs, shipping product, measuring performance, and iterating for growth. Determine metrics for success in partnership with Data Science and Analytics to ask the right questions, interpret data and trends, design experiments, measure results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Manage relationships with multiple cross-functional teams, including UX, engineering, clinical, legal, and business stakeholdersRequired Qualifications 5+ years of digital product management experience, data science or analytics experience, or experience in related business domains. 5+ years of experience taking on end-to-end product ownership and successfully delivering results in a dynamic and complex environment 3+ years of experience using analytics to drive product decision-making The ability to travel up to 10% for PI Planning Meetings.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
