Job DescriptionAccountable and responsible for supporting Customer Success & Growth Colleague Engagement's vision and strategy and goals to improve productivity, engagement, and happiness while promoting diversity and retaining top technical talent across 3,000+ colleagues. The Senior Manager of Colleague Experience will lead a small team of Enterprise Digital Operations colleagues responsible for colleague onboarding & offboarding, temporary staff support, Colleague Engagement (Nationally, By Team, and Locally), Diversity & Inclusion, and Training & Professional Development. The Senior Manager of Colleague Experience will report to the Director of Colleague Operations.Required Qualifications 8+ years of significant experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and/or operations in Technology or Healthcare industryCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Digital hierarchies- Basic Understanding of Agile framework- Experience in Retail Healthcare- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners, including executive leadership, in order to elicit business needs and formulate, propose and refine hiring, retention and onboarding solutions in order to meet the growing Digital business demands for talent while driving efficiency and effectiveness improvements to yield business value - 3+ years of experience building and leading high performing teams - Ability to understand and leverage various data sets to make informed decisions - Demonstrated ability to create and execute process improvement plans to operationalize new processes in the colleague operations team (equipment, space planning, hiring ramp, onboarding / offboarding, contractors, etc.) - Excellent project management skills with ability to lead and engage in multiple projects and initiatives and operationalize processes to sustain long term success of the initiative - Excellent written and oral communication and data presentation skills, with ability to tailor the communication style to the right audience, from external candidates to hiring leaders to the senior business leaders.EducationBachelor's degree or combination of education and years of experienceBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS HealthEvery one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
