Job DescriptionQualified Candidates will be in ArizonaAccountability for Aetna Medicare sales for the Arizona Market; develops Medicare Advantage sales strategy; leads Broker Managers, Field Sales & Community Specialists to achieve sales goals and membership objectives. Establishes specific goals for assigned areas of responsibility in line with strategic objectives Builds successful relationships with constituents (producers, plans sponsors, customers, providers) Provides input to provider and network development areas to ensure competitive products and services Develops, executes and communicates a comprehensive strategy aligned with customers' objectives, financial position and employee benefit strategies As appropriate, responsible for recruiting, training and development staff Works effective cross-functionally internally to complete sales, installation, servicing and product development activities as appropriate Oversee communication and planning among key stakeholders that ultimately results in the delivery of a successful finalist presentation Monitors industry information and competitive environment of the marketplace to position Aetna's strength accordingly Educates constituents on Aetna specific policies, product information and procedures as well as industry issues and related current topics and expects the same of team members (e.g. HPAA, health disparities) Manages complex negotiations, position products, rate levels and expanded product portfolios to increase sales and maximize revenueRequired Qualifications- Reside in the state of Arizona - Medicare Advantage sales knowledge and experience - 3+ years Sales management experience - Team leadership and capacity planning - Local travel as needed in AZ - Licensure as required by stateCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
