Job DescriptionServe as a liaison between the customer's executive leadership team and A1A operations leaders to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers and show them the value of the products and services that they have through their A1A team.Required Qualifications Serves as the single point of content for A1A activities, communications and issues that are related to the client. Handles account team and customer escalations in coordination with PSL's Participates and provides monthly / quarterly reporting / metrics and progress Works with TPA's (Mercer, WTW, etc) Achieves program targets for NPS, customer effort, and customer satisfaction levels. Creates collaborative partnerships with the account team and operations leaders to develop a comprehensive growth strategy for assigned book of business that is aligned with customer's objectives, financial position and employee benefit strategy. Establish consistency of high-quality service engagements through strong collaboration with site leaders that drives continuous process improvement Executes tactical components of the account team's business plan for each customer. Demonstrates proactive ability to diagnose and fix root cause drivers of service problems. Develops and manages service plans in the most proactive and strategic manner possible and finds new and innovate ways to show customers the value of the products and services they have purchased. Proactively identifies potential service issues and takes steps to resolve those service issues that arise. May guide and steer service leaders in the resolution of simple and complex issues and develop solutions proactively. Takes the lead on management of the integration of client's and Aetna's internal organizations, with full responsibility for ensuring a smooth installation that will be a building block to gaining the trust of key client personnel.
