Job DescriptionAs a Product Innovation Director on the Member Cost Optimization & Pricing Innovation team, you will be a vital leader and contributor to advancing our portfolio of PBM Drug Affordability products to meet plan sponsor and member needs on lowering costs and improving health outcomes. You will be critical to the successful growth of the PBM business, and will drive new innovation that leverages our entire suite of CVS Health enterprise assets to their fullest potential. In this leadership role, you will lead the change across the enterprise to design, develop and commercialize PBM specific product solutions that differentiate our organization in the healthcare industry. As a Director, you will lead a team of 2-5 individuals to deliver on both new disruptive product strategies as well as to advance existing products with new innovative approaches to deliver enterprise value. You will work closely with senior executives and business partners at all levels of the organization to understand the business and marketplace needs, to guide teams to solve problems, and to rapidly deliver new solutions to the market. This role will require strong product development discipline, including deep expertise in financial and strategic analysis, solution ideation, design, testing, development, and measurement. A successful Lead Director within the team will have the ability to identify and define business problems and issues, and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis or measure success. You will also have proven capability conducting and managing quantitative analysis, with the highest level of attention to detail. You will be most successful possessing the ability and willingness to "learn on the fly" to understand and solve complex problems. You will have strong understanding of project management processes and tools to govern new product development according to rigorous timelines. Finally, you will have highly developed relationship-building and influencing skills to foster effective working relationships across the team and the organization.Required Qualifications10+ years of experience within the healthcare industry, specifically supporting strategy or product innovation/development, or similar consulting experience.
