Job DescriptionThis position can be based anywhere in the U.S.CVS Health, a Fortune 5 company, is currently hiring for adynamic individual to join our Rebate Client Servicesorganization. The Rebate Client Audit Sr. Analyst willwork directly with our clients and help us deliver thehighest service levels to our internal and external partners.The position will help coordinate and lead meetings withour clients, thoroughly and effectively document and trackour client's rebate questions and concerns until resolution,and produce both scheduled and ad hoc client-specificrebate reporting. This position will collaborate internallywith key personnel in many other functional areas,including Account Management, Client Support, Trade, Sales, Underwriting, and Analytics. In order to successfully investigate and answer our client'squestions, the Rebate Client Audit Sr. Analyst will beexpected to understand all steps of the manufacturerrebate process, including how to navigate rebateapplications and effectively use and explain rebate data.The position will interface closely with our RebateRegistration, Claims, Formulary Research, Invoice,Reconciliation, Resubmissions, and Payments teams inorder to satisfy our client's needs and requirements, and to limit client service warranty payouts arising from incorrect invoice submissions.A successful Candidate will have: Excellent oral and written communication skills Proven problem solving and data analysis skills Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requestssimultaneously Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationshipacross functional unitsRequired Qualifications- 2 or more years' experience performing in-depthresearch, investigation, analysis, and/or ad-hoc reporting- 1 or more years' experience using Microsoft Excel withthe ability to work with large data setsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
