Medicare Broker Manager

Job Description Responsible for the execution of market strategyimpacting the recruitment, onboarding, engagement,production, and compliance adherence of assignedindependent agent base. Responsible for meeting established health plan brokersales goal through management of assigned block ofagents. Prospects for and recruits new agents throughcollaboration with National and Direct agencyrelationships or through agent marketing activitiestargeted direct to the agents. Responsible for identifying and developing localpreferred agents to support the attainment of health plangoals. Responsible for onboarding new agents by supportingtheir navigation of contracting, certification, and trainingrequirement. Provides leadership for all broker training, recertification,and testing through face-to-face, individual, and groupmeetings and web-based resources.Required QualificationsLife & Health License - State of Georgia and othercertification to be deemed ready to sell for Aetna productsas per job requirements on an annual basis 5-7 years sales experience in the Individual Medicareindustry 3 years managed productive sales teamsMUST reside in Georgia Territories and have ability toservice clients in the area.
