Job DescriptionCVS Health has an exciting opportunity to join our PBM Finance Enablement team as Strategic Capital Planning & Governance Manager. This role will support capital planning and in-year management for multiple business units across the Pharmacy Services Segment (PSS) portfolio. We are seeking a self-starter who can multi-task and operate effectively, even in times of ambiguity, but in line with the long-term vision. In this high impact role, you will have exposure to multiple levels of management and business units, including VP level and SVP level. Key Responsibilities: Own all capital planning activities across multiple busines units within the PSS portfolio Work with multiple business units to gather / facilitate capital submission to meet capital targets Act as liaison to corporate capital planning team and committee to facilitate annual submission and adjustments Provide historical analysis to assist in preparing budget projections Provide updates to executive team regarding status of capital planning activities and performance ID capital synergies within the business & technology teams, ensuring the business is approaching capital planning in the most optimal manner Deploy process for tracking / validating savings and work with business units to identify EBIT savings Assist with project requests from the business, guiding them through process and spend tracking in partnership with IT PMO Prepare materials and facilitate recurring capital updates for Leaders throughout the organization Identify synergies in projects or suggest alternate solutions where investments are not aligned to the strategic vision Constantly evaluate and improve internal processes and controls to ensure we offer a best-in-class experience to our stakeholders Work with analytics team to build visual reporting and drill down capability of historic, current and forecasted requests.Required Qualifications7 years of business or finance experience required (graduate level education may substitute), including 4 years of leadership/management experience with a proven track record of engaging, leading, and motivating multi-level teams and individuals. Experience building complex business models using data modeling or analytics.
