EAP Management Consultant

Job DescriptionRemote role. Candidate can work anywhere in the continental U.S.Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:00am - 8pm EST. Provides consistent, high quality consultations regarding worksite issues to account representatives, plan sponsors and employees and coordinates onsite interventions for critical incidents.Salary RangeN/ARequired QualificationsCurrent valid unrestricted independent behavioral health licensure to practice per state regulations (Ex: LPC, LSCW, LMHC, LMFT)Master's degree in a behavioral health field3+ years of post-graduate behavioral health experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
