Here, you will serve as a key liaison and consultant to matrixed departments to provide technology expertise, leadership, and direction to achieve value realization, performance capability requirements, targeted change, and operating model improvement leading to successful outcomes. You will also build strong cross-functional working relationships with all levels and job families, influence without direct authority, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. As Senior Manager, you'll work with various stakeholders at different levels of the organization to manage projects and improve transparency. You'll need to provide diplomatic and timely communication in an agile, sometime ambiguous work environment with iterative planning and delivery cycles. Specifically, you will:-Build and/or maintain operational dashboards and reporting suite to track, manage, and provide valuable insights on metrics and KPIs.-Author and deliver executive level reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.-Collaborate on creation of content for org-wide communications, executive updates, or external publications -Work with key stakeholders to develop a clear understanding of a business need, define the project goals and charter, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives-Manage multiple stakeholders, aligning on common goals and communicating risks; run effective meetings-Build relationships of trust across functions and organizations; collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and commitment to timelines and deliverable-Recommend improvements to established business processes while continuing to deliver high value in execution-Attend project, business reviews, leadership meetings, providing feedback and tracking critical action items PMO Mechanisms and Operational Excellence -Collaborate on creation of content for org-wide communications, executive updates, or external publications -Act as a consultant to various internal teams or projects, including by helping them to think through problems (both business and communications), and by providing larger organization contextRequired Qualifications- 7 years of work experience including: - 2+ years of experience in healthcare or management consulting- 3+ years as a product, portfolio, program or project Manager with experience simultaneously managing multiple projects with competing deadlines- Experience working cross functionally with technical and non-technical teamsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
