Pharmacy Supervisor - Specialty Mail Order

Job DescriptionCVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist Supervisor in our Specialty mail service pharmacy located in Mount Prospect (Chicago) Illinois.As the Pharmacist Supervisor you will supervise staff in our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy, and to provide direction to other professional and non-professional staff within Pharmacy operations to ensure that patient requests are met and prescription orders are processed in an accurate and efficient manner to achieve exceptional customer service and to exceed company and customer expectations. As the Pharmacist Supervisor you will be responsible for directing daily workflow, interviewing/hiring, evaluating & reviewing performance, coaching & counseling, disciplinary action and daily supervision of the staff (up to 25 individuals) to ensure that all department and company policies and procedures are followed. Proven experience in a high intensity, fast paced production environment. Proven ability to effectively manage people and provide team leadership.
