Job DescriptionThis position provides administrative support for Region Field Leaders, including document creation and editing,filing, answering the phone, handling the mail, overnight deliveries, organizing meetings and conference calls, and scheduling travel. This position also provides support for District Performance Coordinators, including training, meeting preparation and timekeeping.Duties Include:Scheduling and coordination of on-site and conference call meetingsPreparation of documents and presentationsCreates and distributes professional correspondence to leaders, stores, colleagues, customers, and business partners Ordering suppliesProcessing of invoicesExpense report preparation and processingAnswer phonesDirect incoming requestsInitiate contacts as requiredEstablish appropriate contacts with other departments and external customersTravel coordinationSchedules, prepares for, and supports Region meetings and eventsServe as a backup to other administrative personnelEdit and proofread documents ensuring accuracy and consistency of content/style Assist others to utilize corporatecommunication systemsCoordinate projects delegated to the areaEstablish and/or maintain filing systemDevelop and/or maintain databases/spreadsheets for departmentRetrieves, analyzes, organizes, and distributes operational reportingBudget reconciliation, tracking, issue resolution, and update as requestedOther administrative duties and projects as assignedRequired Qualifications5+ years of administrative assistant support to management Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, with peak proficiency in Outlook and Excel Ability to multi-task manage time and work independently in a deadline-oriented environment Must have strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent judgment and tact; able to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate trustworthiness and discretion Ability to work effectively as a team member Ability to initiate and take action when necessary Reliable attendance Applicant should have proven experience managing administrative support for an organizationincluding project management, budget planning and expense tracking, expense report processing, presentation preparation, maintenance of supplies, travel coordination, meeting room/conference call set up, managing confidential information, and general on-site support .COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
