Job DescriptionAs the IT Data Warehouse Compliance Manager, you will be an individual contributor with subject matter expertise and an exceptional track record in Data Warehouse Security Governance & Compliance with a solid understanding of Information Technology Security and Compliance tools, concepts, processes, best practices and solutions. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communications skills and exceptional follow through.Be a subject matter expert and lead risk based and security analysis to administer and maintain, proactively identify issues or gaps and lead initiatives to improve overall security and compliance within the Data Warehouse Enterprise Products team,Monitor, analyze and report on current compliance issues, security vulnerabilities, disaster recovery plans, business continuity plans, IT asset inventory, logging and monitoring,Facilitate and respond to audit and assessment engagements to represent the area's operation of security controls,Ensure compliance with all internal and external Information Security requirements through coordination. Proactively identify and lead to resolve issues, gaps or redundant procedures based on changing business requirements and changing risk landscape,Support corrective and preventive action plans through completion of tasks and milestones,Responsible for identifying, assessing, reporting, and assisting the remediation of IT security vulnerabilities. Independently contribute ideas and process improvements. Communicate clearly and effectively about information security issues,Provide leadership for work requests and work assignment to team members for meeting service level agreements,Apply critical thinking and critical judgement on all core functional requirements,Build and maintain process documentation and knowledge base to support training for the tools and processes used,Ability to solve issues by coordinating across cross-functional areas, Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and workload planning skills, Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities as well as exceptional customer service orientation,Interface daily with cross functional team members within the Data Warehouse team and across the Enterprise Products team to resolve compliance issues,Participate and assist in meetings as a member of the Data Warehouse team,Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills,Ability to format and generate summary, statistical, and presentation reports,Required Qualifications5+ years of hands on audit/compliance vulnerability experience 5+ years' experience working in a cross-functional environmentCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
