We want to make sure we are both innovative and rigorous as we expand our Analytics & Insights team to lead analytics initiatives that measure the performance of CMX campaigns across digital channels (display, search, social and video)As the Senior Consultant, Analytics and Insights, you will collaborate closely with marketing strategy, media activation and partner management teams to understand CMX campaigns objectives and develop campaign measurement methodology. Your responsibilities will include understanding learning agenda, performing test design and measurement through A/B testing, improving operational efficiency through python automation, leveraging customer insights to make future campaign recommendations and build models to generate insights. The ideal candidate will have an advanced SQL and Python background with experience in digital media, e-commerce or retail.KEY RESPONSIBILITIEStUnderstand campaign objective, identify key success metrics, and develop test design to evaluate performance towards the objectives.tIdentify insights and key learnings from the past campaigns to help influence the planning of future campaigns (ie. Audiences, media channels) and drive change in digital marketing strategy and tactics.tRun A/B testing to measure campaign performance and deliver insights. tExperience in database design, data modeling and ETL process within different cloud environment platforms (ie. GCP, Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks) tAutomate the campaign measurement process using SQL and Python to improve operational efficiency.tPartner closely with leading publisher partners such as Google, Facebook, Pinterest and TTD to take advantage of new measurement features and learning opportunities.tLead CMX analytics initiatives and any other ad-hoc analysis to better understand performance (ie. Closed loop report, basket analysis, purchase behavior analytics, customer journey analytics)Required Qualificationst2+ years of experience working in the following: Analytics with a track record of delivering business impactt SQL, Python, Spark, GCP and TableautExcellent working knowledge of large data manipulation and data mining using complex SQL and Python programming.tAbility to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendationstStrong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills.
