Behavioral Sleep Medicine PsychologistThe Cleveland Clinic Sleep Disorders Center is recruiting a Behavioral Sleep Medicine (BSM) psychologist with expertise in pediatric and adult sleep disorders.The Sleep Disorders Center at Cleveland Clinic is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and was among the first in the nation dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders in people of all ages. The Center is staffed by 13 sleep physicians, including 2 pediatricians, as well as 3 psychologists (2 with BSM certification) and 8 advanced practice providers. Our team conducts nearly 16,000 sleep tests annually supported by 7 sleep laboratories, a home sleep apnea testing mail out program, and actigraphy. The Center offers an ACGME-accredited fellowship program, a Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine (SBSM) accredited BSM fellowship, research fellowships, an Accredited Sleep Technologist Education Program and on-site CME. Distance health capabilities offer tele-sleep evaluations, shared group therapy appointments and other innovative care delivery models. A multidisciplinary research team based in the Neurological Institute's Sleep Disorders Center with rich collaborations in the Lerner Research, Heart and Vascular, Respiratory and Pediatric Institutes offers opportunities for clinical and translational research.Eligible candidates require a doctorate in clinical or counseling psychology with an APA-approved internship with pediatric and adult experience or focus. A BSM fellowship and/or significant experience in pediatric and adult BSM is preferred. Of particular interest is expertise in pediatric care from infancy to transition to adulthood.
