As a Reporting Strategy Manager - Business Analysis & Quality Analysis Lead you will manage a business focused technical team that supports information delivery for clients and operations. This team is responsible for facilitating critical CMS and Client required reporting and internal reporting requests. This Manager will coach analysts to leverage existing data sources to drive innovative, efficient, and risk mitigation solutions by consulting with customers to understand the underlying business processes and functional requirements. You will also oversee the team as they work with the developers and business users on a technical solution and facilitate the UAT process. Some of the team's responsibilities include report requirements documentation both functional and non-functional, data flows, data profiling, data rules, ensuring traceability, developing test strategies, test plans, and execution of the test cases including the adoption and implementation of automated test and proactive quality controls. The manager oversees the team to develop and maintain technical best practices, provide estimates for project plans, and overall delivery of reports within established timelines.Key Responsibilities:tMentor, coach, and lead analysts to deliver quality and timely reporting by meeting established SLAs and adhering to best practices. tSupport related projects for data impact analysis and effort estimation input into project plans and subsequent delivery.tOwn and foster good working partnerships within the matrixed organization including the upstream CRM and Warehouse teams, client Account Managers and Operational leads, and Enabling Business Intelligence software teams.tHire and develop technical talent. Drive effective and efficient strategy for people, process, and technology. tInspect and adapt processes to align with and support changing products and services and improve overall data literacy of reporting analysts and customer adoption of self-service report options.tSupport development and automation of high-quality modeled data assets using ETL tools like MS SQL Data tools that support adhoc and ongoing reporting.This is a work from home opportunity.Required Qualifications 5 years of relevant experience Experience leading people or projects Knowledge of development methodologies such as Waterfall, Kanban, or Scrum. Data Management experience including data modeling and data flows Proficiency with SQL and SSRS Knowledge of Quality Assurance software such as JIRA, ALM Quality Center, Rally, or AlteryxCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. IIBA Certification or similar training Pharmacy Benefit Management or healthcare/insurance data background Demonstrated success using verbal and written communication skills to prepare and deliver presentations, facilitate meetings, and influence others.
