Job DescriptionThis role of Lead Director, Project Program Management is a leader within our clinical organization, Customer Clinical Program Operations (CCPO), with primary responsibility as the Chief of Staff to the Associate Vice President of Commercial Care Management. Working closely with the Associate Vice President of Aetna's Commercial Care Management organization, this role is a unique opportunity to be part of Commercial Care Management with the ability to drive change and help grow the organization. Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm EST. This is a salaried position with varied hours to meet the needs of the team.This is a 100% remote position but a hybrid work model can be accommodated, if preferred. The employee can live in any state however candidate must be willing to work EST hours. Minimal travel (less than 10%) is expected with this position.Responsibilities include:-Effectively prepare executive level materials including but not limited to molding the vision, developing PowerPoint presentations, excel analysis, etc.-Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously-Analyze operations to evaluate the performance of the organization and staff in meeting the annual objectives-Direct and coordinate the activities of the organization with the business partners, stakeholders, and organizational leaders-Support human resource activities including organization redesign changes, human resources changes, and the annual performance process.-Support the AVP in clinical operational leadership meetings and have the ability to effectively represent the organization.-Support budget and financial analysis including advocating for the plan sponsor and operational business needs (budget, hiring, etc.).-Collaborative partner; able to work cross functionally and represent the business unit and leadership team-Ability to work independently and help drive change in a positive manner-Key influencer on strategic decisions and idea generator-Drives change to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality/services (e.g., policies, processes, or systems). -Identifies gaps in processes or organization and challenges self and others to develop and implement solutions. -Partners with others to optimize the achievement of strategic business objectives, to include profitable growth and improved organizational effectiveness. -Drives or guides development of holistic solutions and/or key strategic plans. -Communicates compelling and concise results to empower client groups in decision making regarding initiative opportunities -Develops and delivers all required analysis, reporting and presentation materials -Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously. -Demonstrated superior business process, project management and organizational redesign experience. -Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations. -Experience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large-scale initiatives with high degree of complexity.Partner with the various Chief of Staff's across the enterprise and collaborate with senior leaders to: -Develop and implement releases and project plan to achieve business goals -Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing capabilities and workflows based on broad view of the organization -Solicits and evaluates internal and external customer feedback to enhance continuous quality improvement -Group facilitation/presentation influencing various internal (these may be cross-functional/segment) and external parties (e.g., vendor management) -Identifies issues that may stall project and addresses them by either resolving the issue or creating an alternative solution -Acts as an advocate for change may require influencing others to see the value in project, including managing interpersonal sensitivities and articulating the strategic view to ensure project alignmentRequired Qualifications-3+ years health insurance industry. -5+ years of managing complex projects and or programs. -5+ years of project management or product experience.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
