Job DescriptionCVS Health offers an exciting opportunity to join our PBM Finance Enablement Team, as a Sr. Analyst within the Data and Analytics group. You will be working across our PBM Finance department and the broader organization as we look to transform our business through unlocking the value of PBM rebate and financial operations data and maturing our analytic capabilities.You will be responsible for developing and maintaining standard and ad-hoc reporting and analytics that unlock insights and value for our financial operations. You will continuously improve quality control and accuracy of reported data, increase reporting efficiency, and look for ways to further automate existing reporting and analytics activities. This role requires aptitude to identify drivers and essential metrics and will build dashboards and visualizations to empower our financial business stakeholders at all levels, from analysts to VPs. You will be expected to support our business partners across a multitude of systems and applications to help deliver on our commitments in a more efficient manner. You will report to the Sr. Analytics Manager within the PBM Finance Data and Analytics team. This is a fully remote role.To be successful in this role, you need to be a self-starter with strategic focus, who enjoys working on difficult problems, has strong relationship building skills, excellent presentation and communication skills, solid technical skills, and fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing. Key Responsibilities Work with internal business partners to help identify opportunities and the most critical needs that can be effectively solved with analytics Translate end user needs into clear business requirement and technical specifications. Rapidly deliver solutions, using agile methods. Own end-to-end design of analytics solutions to meet critical business needs Drive creation of compelling reporting and analytics that unlocks value and drives actionable insights. Tell powerful stories with data. Solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions Ensure consistent and clear documentation for production-ready reporting and analytic tools Continuously evaluate/evolve processes, best practices, and tools around data analysis, visualization, and storytelling, bringing the most effective to bearRequired Qualifications 3+ years supporting reporting and analytics projects 2+ years experience working with complex, disparate data sets and performing detailed analyses, preferably with healthcare data 2+ years experience with data visualization technologies such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBICOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
