Accounts Receivable Senior Coordinator

Job DescriptionCVS Health Specialty Pharmacy, a mail service pharmacy in the Monroeville area has an opportunity for a full-time Accounts Receivable Senior Coordinator to handle insurance follow up and PBM Client questions and issues. The Accounts Receivable Senior Coordinator will ensure timely and accurate account payment for outstanding balances while demonstrating excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals and insurance carriers. Additional responsibilities will include managing the Specialty Pharmacy Reimbursement queue for incoming case requests. In this role you will work in a customer service oriented, fast paced and team focused environment to help resolve patient account balances and PBM Client inquiries.Required Qualifications- Two years of experience performing healthcare reimbursement / collections or medical insurance billing- One or more years of experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team environment - Able to multi-task and meet deadlines - Excellent problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
