We want you to bring your talent and expertise to join us as we change the healthcare e Join CVS DigitalAs a Senior Manager - Mobile Applications, you will be responsible for managing high performance mobile apps team for CVS customers. Our mobile apps teams are cross platform - native iOS and Android. You will lead an engineering team in an agile environment building solutions. The key to the success of this position is having strong & innovative approach to problem solving, great technical leadership, excellent communication (written and verbal, formal and informal), flexibility, and a self-motivated working style with attention to detail on top of a Customer first mindset. We have Senior Manager opportunities to lead a variety of teams within Mobile - Cart & Checkout team, Loyalty team or Mobile Apps Platform team.Your Responsibilities Lead a team to design, build, test, deploy and maintain iOS and Android mobile apps Raise the quality bar of our mobile aps Actively participate in the design and architecture process for new services across teams Instrument your features with metrics and tracing, so you always have a clear picture of how things are operating Participate in code reviews within your team and frequently with other teams Mentor team members and contribute to building a strong consistent engineering culture Work with other departments on collaborative projects Mentor and share knowledge with the teamRequired Qualifications 8+ years of software development experience building customer-facing mobile native apps. 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams At least 2+ years experience working with highly available, large scale, high performing applicationsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Experience with SAFE development methodologies.
