Reporting Analyst

Job DescriptionTheReporting Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the Retail Store Center operation through building, and delivering reporting from multiple data sources that will be used for Service Level Adherence, KPI tracking, incident, and agent performance trending. This position specializes in automating data extraction and reporting processing that often occurs off hours to minimize infrastructure impact. Design, build, test and delivery of all reports requested and essential for the critical business functions. Will have to work collaboratively with operational staff, vendors, and management to provide reporting that meets business requirements.. Must use critical thinking and analytic skills to understand business reporting needs. Produces reports on schedule Build ad-hoc reporting as needed Adherence to security policies and internal processes Adherence to internal coding standards and best practices Works with application team experts to ensure quality development and testing of reports. Knowledge of Oracle SQL functions Knowledge of Crystal Reports, PowerShell, and VBA.
