Job Description Formulate detailed health equity related business requirements and use cases for data collection, integration, dashboarding, and other initiatives, in partnership with functional stakeholders. Work with lines of business and functional partners to understand and assess the data generated by their interaction systems and analytic processes, and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Work with technical teams to access relevant data systems, extract and manipulate data sets, and apply data analytic approaches to generate meaningful insights. Provide expert consultation and training for business partners on all aspects of health equity data, including key evidence-based measures, data collection best practices, and visualization approaches. Collaborate with business partners and customers to understand their problems and goals, develop analytic or dashboarding approaches, and measure outcomes. Manage partnerships with IT and data engineering functions throughout the enterprise and create processes to maintain needed pipeline of data and address gaps in data. Recommend changes to health equity strategy based on data availability, reporting capabilities, or other fundamental barriers or considerations.Required Qualifications 8-10 years experience in data and analytics 5+ years experience in healthcare/health related data and analytics Experience building data dashboards for business purposes Experience in data querying and analytic techniques Experience managing large projects and interaction with Business Users, Business and IT Leaders and IT technical staff. Experience working directly with business partners or clients in developing data use cases and business process mapping. Strong people management skills.
