Job DescriptionCandidates can apply from any state however are preferred to reside in Illinois, Texas and Arizona. Working hours will be 8am-5pm. No weekends or holidays will be required. Occasional travel may be required. CVS Health has an exciting opportunity to join our PBM Finance organization as Senior Analyst, Rules Hub. The Rules Hub team manages the Finance and Underwriting pricing rules library. This role will perform a variety of cross-functional strategic and operational tasks including but not limited to new rule implementations, testing and verification of new rules, and process governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for development, implementation, and administration of rules in coordination with multiple business partners, stakeholders, and IT project management teams. The ideal candidate will have a technical or operational background in finance systems or processes, possess strong analytical problem-solving skills, and work well within a close-knit team framework. Key Responsibilities Work with Rules Hub stakeholders to define and manage rule implementations, objectives, test plans, and operational usage Support governance process for cross-functional teams Partner with wide variety of business partners at all levels of the organization Provide guidance and insight to stakeholders Collaborate with technical partners to ensure correct application of business language Work in a fast-paced environment to meet all project deadlinesRequired Qualifications 3+ years of relevant professional experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
